I’ve been seeing Dr. Tajran since 2020, and she’s delivered all three of my children. My first baby was a normal delivery, and my second was a planned C-section for twins. Both experiences were incredible. With my first delivery, everything went smoothly, and with my second, the C-section was carefully planned . Dr. Tajran is not only kind but also confident in what she does. She completed the surgery in no time, and now, a year and a half later, I can barely see a scar! I’m truly grateful for the wonderful care Dr. Tajran provided during both of my pregnancies. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. They took great care of me throughout the process.

I absolutely love, Dr Tajran. She delivered both of my kids and currently assisting me with my 3rd pregnancy. It’s always a smooth visit and she always answers all your questions and is attentive to any concerns. Friendly welcoming and very knowledgeable on health and reproductive health. I recommend her to all my friends. The facility is clean and sanitized. Staff is always friendly and welcoming as well. All around 10/10. Thank you Dr!!!!!

Dr Tajran is one of a kind. I’m so lucky a good friend of mine recommended her to me. She delivered my four kids and I couldn’t be happier with her professionalism and kindness. I’ve recommended her to a bunch of my family and friends and they loved her. She’s the best ob/gyn in San Diego.

Dr. Dunn and his assistant are truly wonderful—I can’t recommend them enough. Throughout my pregnancy I was very anxious about potential complications, but he consistently made my husband and me feel calm, supported, and completely at ease. His sense of humor, kindness, and genuine compassion made every appointment feel reassuring. Even though I was over 35, he never pressured me into an induction. Instead, he was flexible and respectful of my wishes, discussing options only if I went past 42 weeks. He also happened to be on call during my delivery. While my labor didn’t unfold as I had hoped, Dr. Dunn performed my c-section with exceptional care and delivered my healthy baby right at 41 weeks. My recovery went really well, too - I was already walking around my neighborhood just a couple of days later and didn’t really take any medications after the first week. I also loved the entire Carmel valley scripps office and the lab (not sure why they get so many negative reviews) - they were very flexible with scheduling and I never had to wait too long. The lab is open late (7pm) and I had no issues bringing my own more natural version of the glucose test to be used instead of the standard one they offer.

Dr. Dunn is one of the most caring, professional, empathetic and experience OBGYN I ever known. He truly cares about his patients. The care he provides to his patients is outstanding. Appointments never feel rush and he always listens to my concerns. His assistant Cristina is also very caring and nice.
