TOWN EAST PARK REVIEWS
I've taken my daughter here a few times now, and it's a cute little park. Little being only for the playground area. It's good though in the sense it's easy to keep up with your child in that area. So I do like that. Plus there's a huge trail to walk/run and plenty of area to play in the grass. Also, a big sheltered picnic area.
Very clean and quiet park, definitely a good amount of locals walking/jogging the trail there. There's also a kids playground as well as covered gazebo area for picnicking or parties you may want to organize outdoors on a nice day. Great park.
I Love this park it has a park for tolders and a separate park for older kids to the age of 12 rock climbing and volley ball also a pool sitting area with shade and BBQ pits my favorite part is the open trail.

SAMUELL FARM REVIEWS
It was a nice place to visit! It has plenty of open area, and the grounds seemed to be well maintained. We didn't explore too much of the trails but we did walk around for a bit. It was hot so not too many people out. Definitely planning on coming out when the weather gets cooler, it would be perfect for a picnic or to take photos!
Wonderful place, we had to leave after a bit due to hear but the staff is friendly the place is very beautiful and clean and the playground is fun! Had a good time with my kiddo! Will be returning!
Nice outdoor space for flying drones, plating sports, hiking, and several ponds for fishing. I've seen some big bass in the pond way in the back!

ROWLETT NATURE TRAIL REVIEWS
Wonderfully maintained!! Great trail for hiking, biking, fishing, bushwalking, picnics, birdwatching, etc. Picnic tables accessible & plenty of trash receptacles. Clean, wide trail with side detours. We take our dog, Alice, on her leash & sometimes letting her off to run through the thicket. Great asset for the city, as there are very few places to retreat to nature in the DFW area like this.
Nice flat, out and back trail that runs along Rowlett Creek. It's just over 2.5 miles round-trip. Great place to walk the dog, take the fam or add a couple miles of dirt into your run.
Very nice and well-maintained nature trail. It is mostly flat and easy to walk on and would be okay to ride a bike as well.
