TOP 3 A.D. (DOUG) BARNES PARK REVIEWS
AD Barnes has such a lush landscape with so much to do. They have a section for covid testing being done by nomi and they have NO LINE. The park has a nice eco trail with a small water fall, a diverse botanical mix where plants are cohabitating and growing within one another. They have a fire pit that is available for reservations and a permit from the park and a nice structure to see above the park. We saw many families walking around and it seemed that lots of single dads were with their kids.People were out playing basketball and the park is very central bird road near the palmetto. Additional to the plant life, the animal life is extremely visible. Tons of bugs, fish, turtles, butterflies, and unfortunately even cats. Note if you are looking to adopt a cat on the street they have a few there just roaming around. It was nice to see where the original Ludlam train used to ride by. Highly recommended for a great day out.
Amazing park in central Miami. This park makes you feel like you are in another place yet it's located in a busy Miami area. It has awesome nature walking trails and bird sightings. Nice place to exercise with their new outdoor gym. Great place to get away. This park has great picnic areas next to beautiful lakes. It also has a playground, community pool, basketball courts, and soccer fields.
A good place for family picnic, and afternoon and morning walk. The park has a walking path around a big lake, and facility to do some exercise. There are couple of nicely maintained areas. Kids can play in the playground. Overall, this a well maintained family-friendly park to spend quality times.

TOP 3 ENCHANTED FOREST ELAINE GORDON PARK REVIEWS
So a friend suggested I go to a park I’ve never been to that just happens to be about 12min from home. It’s located right off of 135 St. and Biscayne Blvd. It’s called Enchanted Forest Elaine Gordon Park, and there were all sorts of animals all around, white ibis birds that usually fleece but were coming up to me, ducks, raccoons, colorful iguanas, a spider up in the trees, horses you can ride. It was a great experience being close to such majestic creatures. Overall, a great day at the park, walking the trails and taking in the nature around me. Small park with lots going on inside. I love this place, very enchanting!
Awesome cute park. They have a couple ponds, a trail, some gazebos, a park, The also have good halloween and events here. In the park area they also have a petting zoo and horseback riding. Playground: Theres two different playgrounds.
This is a medium sized park with two concrete loop trails. When you are here you are transported to a forest type environment and are surrounded by peace. There is a stable with lots of horses and a petting zoo. There is also a nature tot school, a natural creek with a bridge, and a play area for children. The community garden could use a little more love!

TOP 3 ARCH CREEK PARK REVIEWS
Cute small historical park with a small nature center. Federally protected Tequesta native land. Small, cool, intimate nature trail with many different butterfly species. Fun archaeology programs for the kids. Night hike and BYOM (Bring your own Marshmallow) camp fires. A variety of native and non-native animals to see throughout the trails. No dogs allowed though. Not the park with the horses or playground.
The trails are so much fun, they are a bunch and have great flow with challenging climbs, drops, and plenty of technical parts. Note: Many trails are roughly maintained, and you can easily take a wrong turn, so stay aware. This also makes for a more make your own line in the trails, which is a lot of fun.
Loved this little loop trail that had me feeling like I was in Hawaii. Lush tropical oasis of banyan trees to truly feel like you are in a tropical forest. Just a 5 min walk from Enchanted forest Elaine Gordon Park. Can do both in one day and feel completely rejuvenated.
