This place is awesome for hiking fairly easy trails. More than 3 miles of them. The small creek that runs thru the park is a ton of fun to follow and see what you can find. The Shagbark Hickory's were in bloom and the flowers were all over the forest floor while we were there. Very stunning place to spend a super quiet day!
Wow! Roatary Park is a hidden gem. I hadn't been there in 20 years. They had a nature center with crafts, 2 different parks for kids, binoculars for rent, beautiful trails, a COMMUINTY garden with adult and kid tools. I can't reccomend them enough.
Best hiking trails I've ever been to. There are several trails at all intensities. Picnic areas, a playground and it's dog friendly!
