David, Mark, and Al Rosa were great to work with. They added a bedroom, bathroom, and living room to our house. Very professional, great attitude, and really good work. The foundation and framing work was spot-on, no cut corners and we appreciated their attention to detail. Our kids loved them, and I fully trusted them with keys to our home and being with my family while I was gone. Their subcontractors for painting, roofing, and drywall were also great, I had no issues with any of their work. Overall, highly recommended. They're a great family to work with, and they did excellent work.

On behalf of my elderly mother and myself; Al Rosa Construction, David and Mark are definitely proven to be most professional and perform outstanding quality workmanship! We were referred by a family acquaintance. Throughout my/ our communication with them and on behalf of my mother they guided us through the process and offered solid recommendations. When we met, they understood I would not always be available in person and that they would also need to communicate with my mom in person. I felt she was safe in their presence. The work completed was removal of a (outdated approximately 30 y/o home) 2 boxed florescent lighting on a vaulted ceiling, replace with a hanging light fixture with electrical updates as well to repaint the entire ceiling in the kitchen, dining and living room. They were timely, communicated when they would be arriving and when they would be done with the work. 5 years ago, our kitchen badly needed an upgrade. The cabinets were falling apart, the space designed for the refrigerator was too small and the overall appearance of the kitchen was bland and boring. We decided on a cabinet maker to build the kitchen cabinets. However, he only made cabinets. We asked him if he could recommend a general contractor to work with. To our good fortune, he recommended Al Rosa Construction. David Rosa met with us and listened to what we wanted in the kitchen remodel and price range we were looking at. Due to a less than optimal experience with previous remodel, we told David that we wanted to know costs up front so there were no surprises. David then presented us with his plan for the remodel, the estimated costs and timeline for the remodel. The kitchen remodel went smoothly, There were no surprises. Communication was excellent, including when we added several things to the original plan. There were no last minute surprises regarding costs of the additional items. After each work day, the work area was neat and clean, without dust or clutter. The subcontractors were also professional and did excellent work. We are very satisfied with the kitchen remodel. The kitchen remodel receives many compliments from friends and visitors. We have subsequently used Al Rosa Construction for other projects in our home. We have always been treated honestly and with respect. We highly recommend Al Rosa Construction without reservation if you need a professional, honest and reputable general contractor.
