Thank you Terrance for being very helpful, my daughter and son in law came in not knowing exactly what they wanted. However after speaking with you, they told me you were great with offering a sofa and loveseat that was durable to handle them and there small children. My daughter was also excited about the full size bunk bed! Terrance great customer service can be hard to get these days. Thank you for loving your job, it shows.

I had an excellent experience with Ahmad. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire visit. His level of service went above and beyond, and we truly appreciated all of his assistance. Additionally, the counter service was outstanding. I’m very grateful for the exceptional support. Thank you once again, Ahmad, for your outstanding service.

Teresa did an amazing job listening to what we were looking for and then showing only that, no hard upsell. We had it customized regarding color and fabric and the whole process after choosing our piece was fast. Teresa is also the store manager and has obviously trained her staff well, everyone was extremely polite with great attitudes. I highly recommend this store located in Fresno and Teresa.

Jenny is an excellent sales associate. She is knowledgable, honest, and has great decorating advice/style. Her customer service is always outstanding. She goes over your order in great detail to ensure you are receiving the correct product. I’m a return customer because of her.
