I used Dream Construction for tenant improvements for my law firm. From start to finish, I cannot say enough good things about the company. I speak as an experienced business owner who has had less than ideal contractor experiences in the past. This company and family is as solid as they come. The work was done timely, communication was great, pricing was fair and transparent, change orders were not a problem, and they are super responsive to the customer. No matter how small or large the request was, it was always possible and always received with great attitude. We have worked with the team at Dream Construction multiple times on renovations ranging from a small condo to a larger home. Cyndi, Ray and Austin and their entire team are friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. From the time of the initial consultation and walkthrough to the final wrap up items, they always have great suggestions and feedback. The work is always completed with very high quality and the end results of each one of our renovations have exceeded our expectations. My experience with Dream Construction was fantastic! We were looking to convert our garage into living space for my mother to move in with us. Steve was my initial contact with the company, he was very nice and answered all of my many questions. He listened to all of our concerns and provided an itemized estimate so we could make the choices that fit within our budget. Austin was our project manager and he was also very nice and professional. He was in touch with us very often and addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. Our project was complete well before originally anticipated, even after unexpected issues with our existing wall structure were discovered (and fixed!) and we are extremely happy with the results! We certainly will recommend them to any friends that have construction/remodel needs!
