We hired James David Custom homes for essentially a complete tear down and custom re-build of our home in Seal Beach. James and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional making a difficult process run smoothly. Jaime our main project manager was incredible. He was on site every day and provided constant updates and feedback and could troubleshoot even the most complex of problems. Additionally project manager Kevin and office manager Storm were integral to the completion of our home. From the very beginning James' detail oriented approach made the process more transparent and their bid was extremely detailed (almost 60 pages long!) compared to other bids we received. Using the app Buildertrend we would receive a log of activity and progress pictures daily which made us feel much more connected to the day to day process. Overall building a custom home is an extremely time consuming and expensive process however we could not be more happy with the outcome and transformation.

I am an Interior Designer that has worked with James David Custom home on several projects. They are very professional and knowledgeable in the construction trade. They believe in a high quality end product which I really respect. They also have a high level of customer service. I enjoy working with his subcontractors as well, James has created a great team.
