Lennar at South Pointe

I have had such an amazing experience working with Lennar. Adam and Stephanie were extremely helpful and quickly responsive to all the questions I had. I had never bought a new build before or bought a home so I thought this was going to be difficult but they made the process so easy! Lennar Mortgage was super helpful as well and great to work with. They had such amazing offers and incentives that I noticed other builders didn't have. The quality of the home was above and beyond than what I expected. It wasn't your typical cheaply built new home, but somehow had amazing competitive costs. I would recommend this builder to anyone! They are building another neighborhood across the street called Kenyon Farms so be sure to check that out!!

Adam’s is awesome!! After having a new construction contract with a builder that abruptly cancelled are contract. And dealing with thy worst customer service from the company. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone as pleasant and knowledgeable as Adam.
