We had an amazing sales rep (Josh) that was able to get us into our forever home. He truly took the time (multiple times and days )to assist me and my family. We moved into a house that was already being built, so we didn’t get to pick anything, but honestly I would have chosen the upgrades in this house and ultimately decided it was perfect for us. If you have never bought a home before and are using their mortgage lenders/title just make sure you are able to ask question and talk with someone. I missed a call and by the time I was off and able to ask questions it was too late. Our closing day was a couple days off but we were able to make it work thankfully with the time we had for the future date. I would suggest using a realtor if you haven’t gone through the process. If you’re lucky to have EB as your project manager then you’re in great hands! He helped us through the walk throughs to find any imperfections we wanted fixed before closing. EB was very patient with us and made sure everything we pointed out was fixed and perfect! He was there to answer any questions and concerns we had and we couldn’t be happier!

Visited Pulte Homes at Bridgewater Community last weekend! Great location and very friendly sales persons, looking forward to buying a home and living here in the near future.
