We needed to upgrade the kitchen and to enlarge it by adding new space. We had few estimates for the remodeling, but the one who stood out as the best for us was with Aviv from Rosegold Builders. Aviv gave us a fair estimate for the big remodeling job. Right after we got the approval from the building inspectors, the demolition stage started few days after. The communication with Aviv during the whole remodeling project was outstanding. The working crew arrived to the house each morning and all the materials for the work arrived as needed and a new wall was built 3’ near the garage. The new space of the kitchen become much larger and better than we wanted. The working people were very nice people to work with, but on top of that, they always listened to our comments and always did everything to our approval. We are in love with our gorgeous new kitchen and we want to thank Rosegold Builders for making it. We highly recommend.

This was a complete demolished and rebuild of our kitchen and master Bathroom. The new design plan that ended up with the final construction was the longest part of the work but the corporation between us and Aviv was the main key for the success of the project which we love most. We shared with Aviv all of our ideas and visions that were basically different from the existing spaces, floorplans and cabinet structure. After we select the new style and finishes, the remodeling work of the remodeling began. We know that we never would have pass this part if not for the excellent design and tremendous help from Aviv and his people. Aviv have a very professional eye for things that go perfectly together and for things that just can’t be or done! He saved us from so many mistakes and disasters. Our home came out gorgeous and we got so many compliments from friends and family.

We hired Aviv from Rosegold Builders to remodel our master bedroom and bathroom in addition to a small remodeling of a Jack and Jill bathroom. All people in the working crew were enjoyable people to work with. They were professional, skilled and came over to the house each day and on time. We am very precise about how things need to be accurate and neat OR in other words, it is hard to meet our expectations especially in the remodeling aspect. At the end of the work, our expectations were met. Our special requirements do cost and it’s hard to find someone that can actually do it right, but overall Aviv was able to achieve it in a realistic price considering the value of actual work and materials. Our 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom are gorgeous and we enjoy showing them to our family and friends. We would not hesitate to use Aviv or any of his workers in the future.
