I am using this hotel for a school sponsored trip. The hotel chain has been incredibly helpful to make sure our rooms were ready to go and that we were able to check in in a timely manner. They are providing a breakfast for my students for the memorial Day weekend UIL so an ensemble contest. They have had great rates and even treated me to cookies and milk. As the director. I can't speak highly enough of DeDe and her staff as they have been amazing to work with. If the rates stay as well as they are here tonight, we will probably stay here for many years to come. They have been incredibly accommodating.

It's a nice Marriott, great for business travel, rooms are very clean. Restaurant has good food as well. My only complaint is the M club is closed on weekends. They do give you breakfast credit to make up for missing breakfast, but it's not the same.

Very nice and staff was very professional. I recommend it. It's extremely neat, and the hotel smells really good. It's in a great location. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing staff & that's the sole reason I'd definitely choose to lodge here again if im in the area. Harmony & Maria were phenomenal! Very helpful, patient, informative, & always friendly. The room was clean, spacious, & well stocked with plenty of towels & toiletries. The tv had YouTube & casting capability. The neighbors were a little loud on the second night, but stopped at a reasonable hour so I'm not complaining at all. Overall I enjoyed my experience, especially considering the low cost of my statement.

This was a very last minute booking after a very stressful day and I had no issues here. The staff at the desk was pleasant, the room was clean, I didn’t see any bugs, and the bed was comfortable. This hotel is also sandwiched between quite a few restaurants that you can walk to which made for an easy stay.

For 73 bucks got a room with 2 beds. Had Cold air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, Smart TV, and desk. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Excellent Staff members that got issues with our room handled extremely quickly and very pleasant about it. Technicians were extremely fast at getting to the room and fixing what was needed with a very happy attitude and a cart of tools to be prepared. So impressive I would recommend the Hyatt Place Austin to anyone. Breakfast was well stocked and great food. All staff everywhere very pleasant.

I found the hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. It seems like all the staff are doing their part to make it a great guest experience. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of extra space to relax. My one critique would be the powdered eggs used for breakfast. If they can upgrade this, the breakfast buffet would be one level up! I would book here again.
