We are quite pleased with our new windows from Ringer. Our house was built in 1980 and had the original aluminum frame windows when we purchased the house. We knew we would need to replace them sooner or later. But after seeing daylight gaps in some of the frames, locks not working, and windows hard to open/close; we knew that the time was now rather than later. We received quotes from several window companies. After reviewing them; Ringer made the most sense for us. They weren’t the most expensive nor were they the cheapest. But their commitment to quality and being a local company helped seal the deal. The only downside to our whole experience is that Ringer was backed up on manufacturing the windows by several months due to them being extremely busy. We had seen other installs in our neighborhood and knew that the quality was worth the wait. When the day finally arrived, the install crew came out and two days later we had all new windows in our house. The install crew was professional as they removed our old windows and installed the new ones. We had two issues crop up that are being remedied by the warranty group. Everyone we met from the company was knowledgeable and professional. Also, they had all been with Ringer for several years. Overall, we love our new windows and the new look it has added to our house. We highly recommend Ringer if you are considering getting new windows for your home.

We were met in the front office by Crystal, she was very helpful in answering our questions and was able to show us the windows we wanted. They have so many windows in stock and even if we needed a custom size, the lead time was very manageable. So glad we made the drive and will definetely return when we need to replace the remaining windows.
