I can’t say enough good things about Action Pack! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made both me and Rosy feel right at home, and it was clear they genuinely love what they do. Rosy went in for grooming, and they took such great care of her. The groomers were patient, gentle, and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. When I picked her up, she looked amazing—clean, well-groomed, and most importantly, happy! It’s so refreshing to find a place where the staff truly cares about the pets they work with. I highly recommend Action Pack to anyone looking for top-notch pet care with a personal touch. We’ll definitely be back!

I took my Buster to Action Pack Dog Center in Round Rock for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and clearly cared about the animals in their care. Buster can be a little nervous, but they handled him with such patience and kindness that he came out looking (and smelling!) fantastic. It’s a relief to find a place that treats your pet like family. Highly recommend their grooming services!

Action Pack is a cut above the rest! Everyone from front desk and back is so kind and super sweet to our little fur baby! Randi does her grooming and is the BEST in the Austin area! We’ve been to many and she stands out!!! Thank you Action Pack and Randi:-)

This is the best groomer I’ve ever had for my pups. PetSuites ran a January special and I took my two dogs there yesterday. I thought it was a great deal and gave them a try. I was delighted with their excellent grooming service. They were nice and clean, fluffy, had a great Carmel smell, and the cutest Bandanas. They are amazing. I plan to take my pups there regularly. We will board them there too.

They did a fantastic job grooming my rambunctious Goldendoodle puppy. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of all the staff we encountered. Taylor did an excellent job grooming our dog, and was able to achieve the exact look we asked for. She even provided multiple text updates throughout they day. We will definitely be back!!

We love it here so much. Clean, friendly & cute place! We’ve brought our Weimaraner (Raven) for boarding & grooming and it’s always been great. Taylor does an amazing job with her grooming services! Definitely recommend!
