BLOOMIN' BLINDS OF NORTH AUSTIN REVIEWS

We had the 4in. Normandy Shutters installed in every window in the house. We love the look and the light control that they offer. The shutters are custom made for each window. We ordered in October and installation was in January. It took a few months to come in but was beyond Bloomin’ Blinds control due to the supply chain problem right now. Every single window is perfect. The quality of the shutters and the installation is truly top notch. The office staff and the installers are all very friendly. I would give them. And if I ever move I will call them again. longer gets “the string” to raise or lower the blinds. Now one must raise or lower with both hands to the right and to the left of the center. There is a plastic piece to use on both right and left. But do not expect the blind to go all the way down on a window sill. If one brings the blind out and down toward you and release too far down one will scrape or scratch off your painted window sill. This happened immediately to me when blinds installed. Now I must repaint the areas of the window sill! This is NO fault of the company and installer but poor design (in my opinion)!!! I wish I would have had an option for a pull up and down string to raise and lower the blinds but that is not so anymore.

This company is professional, skilled and affordable. Martin has come out three times so far to remove and re-install window treatments for my new window installations. He’s extremely knowledgeable about not only window treatments, but also window installation. He was able to guide me on what needed to come down and what hardware could stay up for the installation. They’re extremely affordable, and they also do repairs and have a vast array of new window treatments for purchase.

Outstanding Service! Martin was great -Wonderful personality. Very thankful for the repair work to my wooden blinds vs buying another for a much higher price.
