Embassy Suites by Hilton Syracuse Destiny USA

We had the best time here recently for a 50th Birthday girls celebration. From check in, our desk person Zach was extremely kind and helpful as they were very busy and did his best to get our rooms near each other. We chose to eat dinner at Salt City Eats in the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the evening reception with complimentary drinks and snacks along with our delicious dinners. Our server who was usually the bar tender was so great with our large group. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and breakfast the next morning was the best. Very few hotels have such a great spread in the mornings anymore and this surpassed our expectations. We already can’t wait to visit again.

Everything wonderfully clean and comfortable. People at desk and restaurant were very nice. Kind of surprised that they don't clean your room on a multi-night stay, unless you request. Not a problem though. It would have been nice to be given enough shampoo, conditioner, and coffee packs for two nights.

I visited this facility because TANY had held their Driver of the Year and Super Tech seminar there. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, the ambiance was inviting and comfortable, and the location was easy to navigate to. I did not stay in a room, so I can not comment on the rooms. I would stay here if I had the chance.
