Hyatt Place Lansing – East

We LOVED staying with us. We were staying with a 15 month old and they gave us extra trash bags for diapers and she was scared of vacuums so they were so understanding of her and working with her nap schedule to vacuum around us. 100% would stay again. Room and amenities were great. We had some issues and they were so great about fixing them. Gym was great, indoor pool, breakfast was good.

The room was comfortable and identical to other Hyatt Place hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was better than average for hotel breakfasts. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there is plenty of free parking. The location is nice for a quick walk around a well-lit mall. People at the desk were friendly. I would recommend for anyone needing to stay in the Lansing area.

Really nice room with wheelchair accessibility.. however there was a sock under the couch in my room that didn't belong to my party...which makes you wonder what their turn around time is..other than that great access to alot of areas around close to shopping center and Walmart as well!
