InterContinental Saint Paul Riverfront

We were very impressed with the positive experience we had at the Intercontinental. The service we received from the entire staff, especially Ivonne and Robbie at the front desk, going above and beyond for us with a great attitude was much appreciated. We had very fast service to the room when we asked for additional items. The room was exactly what we needed during our stay. We came for a conference and the area had everything we needed. We also loved the vast amount of much public area by the river to walk and adventure. We walked 7 miles by the river and enjoyed the nature and river trails!

On Wednesday evening, a dear friend was a guest at your hotel, and I wanted to acknowledge her birthday by sending a special dessert to her room. This did not prove to be an easy task, yet your staff member, JOAN, went above and beyond any expectations in order to make that happen! She was so pleasant and eager to assist in anyway she could. If you were to single out an asset among your staff, it would have to be Joan! She represents the Intercontinental at its finest, and I am grateful for the exceptional service I received.

Stayed here while visiting for work. The staff made my stay extra great - so helpful and accommodating. I was particularly thankful for Ivette (maybe Ivonne?) at the front desk. She has a bright and vibrant personality and was incredibly helpful. Bathrooms were updated and quite nice.
