Residence Inn Rochester Henrietta

I ended up in Rochester unexpectedly and got a last-minute room here. The manager Matthew was very helpful. I was having a hard time and was very stressed but he got me into a nice room quickly. Also since I was leaving earlier than when breakfast started, he offered to have something ready for me. I really appreciate the gesture, the cleanliness and service at this property was 5 stars! When I checked out the woman at the front was very friendly as well. Thanks again Matthew.

Had a great stay at this hotel. 2 bedroom suite was very large and had a full kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was decent but wish there were pancakes. Pool was nice but a little cooler than we like. Would stay here again.

Newer and modern Residence Inn in a good location with restaurants and gyms close by. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay here again.
