I decided to stay here as I was attending an event downtown in Syracuse for the New Year. The staff were efficient and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what I had planned. This being my first time there I'm happy to say I'd gladly go there again.
Such a nice hotel! The inside is lovely, the rooms are warm & toasty and the staff are incredible friendly! We had a small issue with our car and they went the extra mile to lend us some tools to make it work. Thanks so much!
Beautiful well kept hotel in Syracuse NY. Room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Good location and friendly staff. Also, included off street parking.
