Billy & Brent were wonderful! They both were very knowledgeable & professional! They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns as this was my first time inquiring about getting my crawlspace encapsulated. I usually get 2-3 quotes then make my decision but they took their time to thoroughly explain in great detail how things will be done, what to expect, and honored my military service with a discount. Katherine took our initial call. She was very informative and quick to get us scheduled for a standby appointment, making note of our office hours. When the technician wasn't going to get to us before we closed she called to reschedule. Chris arrived the next day and was very professional and great to work with. Reviewed the issue and our options. Patient in answering questions and helping us understand our options. Highly reccommend!

First of all, the communication by the office personnel was professional, timely, and courteous. Jonathan came within a short timeframe and was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He fixed our system quickly and provided additonal information that was beneficial to know. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Horne HVAC did an excellent job of installing our new furnace and AC unit! The installation team, Theo, Jack, and Wriston were very knowledgeable, courteous and took the cleanliness of our house very seriously (shoe covers throughout job, protective floor covering from entry door to furnace location, etc.), and the clean up at the end of the job was VERY excellent. The system was installed so well that it passed county inspection with flying colors today. I can't think of any way that this installation could have gone more seamlessly. They will be my first call the next time I have an HVAC need. In addition, the communication from the office through Dymon was clear, timely and all questions were answered. Everything went as was described to me by her which allayed any worries I may have had. In short, this was a dream installation.

Wonderful experience with Horne from the help of Sam, Rene and Chase. I had multiple HVAC companies come out to compare quotes for a new full unit and was most impressed with their expertise, service, and professionalism. I like that Horne is still family owned and that they weren’t trying to “sell” me. Sam, Rene and Chase were very quick and efficient when installing the new unit and were sure to make sure I understood the process and answered all my questions. They were all very kind as well.
