DILWORTH CAR WASH INC REVIEWS

I’m in town helping my Mom care for my Dad while recovering from heart surgery. I thought it would be nice to have their cars cleaned and detailed for them and luckily I found Dilworth Carwash, David and his team! They were able to squeeze both cars in with short notice, and have both back within a couple hours. Not only speedy, but thorough, I was super impressed with how sparkling clean everything was when I got them back! Finally, the staff there were friendly, not on their phones, eager to help and made the experience even better. Highly recommend trying these guys out if you’re looking for a great, quick, well priced detail and wash.

I had an amazing experience at Dilworth Car Wash! The staff were all very accommodating. I purchased the Elite Interior package and I literally saw the lines in my carpet where they steamed the carpets. I was extremely impressed. I will be going back and I recommend anyone in need of detail work to check them out!

Incredible experience. I needed a touchless car wash for my car and spent several hours researching in Charlotte. I decided to come in for a single wash… and ended up getting a yearly pass (40% off!). The guys/girls who work there are all SO nice and helpful. They really had my car looking great. Such a cool spot.

Natalie was very impressive. She is not only a very polite and kind young woman, she is very contentious in that she was detailed and concerned with our satisfaction. By far the best exterior cleaning I have received from any Autobell. Her customer service exceeded our expectations.

Angela Zadorozhniy , the girl who works at autobell does the best job ever ! She takes her time , she is friendly and she does not just rush through everything . Super good employee.

Angela cleaned my car. She did such a wonderful job. Pays close attention to details and makes sure every crack and cranny is cleaned! Give this girl a raise!!!

Nice guys. I really liked their professional demeaner and willingness to talk with the customer and explain things. The quality of their work seems good. They seem honest too. I was expecting a small shop but they actually have a pretty big facility. A customer can feel like they are not going to do a bad job or mess things up. Some other detailer guys out there can do shabby work, or cause problems or damage, and a customer may not even realize it, like clear coat damage or other things. These guys seem legit and provide good service.

Absolute pros from start to finish. Took the time to make sure I understood the different packages available, answered all my questions completely and patiently. Protection looks amazing. Scheduled me quickly and car was ready right on time. Highly recommended - I will definitely be a repeat customer.

You did the impossible and turned my daughter’s car looking brand new! When the hoods protective plastic began to peel I thought we would never be able to return it to its original finish. Incredible work!! Thank you!!
