I would HIGHLY recommend. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what Jeremy at Carolina Roof Consultants provided. I found him through a recommendation from a friend. He was always very responsive, provided detailed reliable information throughout the process and I'm very pleased with the end product. The only issue I had was with my insurance company not wanting to provide full coverage. Jeremy was patient as I worked through contesting the initial claim settlement and he did everything possible to make sure I had everything I needed throughout that process. Once I got the settlement amended to cover full replacement due to damage he made sure I was on their schedule and got the work completed as quickly as possible. The roof looks great and I'm so thankful that I was directed to Jeremy for getting my roof issues resolved.

Jeremy and his crew were wonderful to us! We had our roof done and some windows replaced. Didn't mind our kids running around when they came for measurements. Worked around all out kids stuff and pool as well. Not even a nail in the pool! He explained every step of the way! Kept in touch as well. Helped get everything ordered and installed. Came back to check as it was done. Our new windows are beautiful! Our Roof and gutters are absolutely amazing and made a huge difference when it rains! We are very thankful for this company! Roof Medic mint hill N.C replaced my roof after Helene caused a lot of damage. They removed the old roof installed new paper and high grade shingles that I chose. There work was excellent and done in a timely manner. Joe oversaw the job saw the job during construction and followed up after completed to inspect and make sure all was good. Nathan wash very knowledgeable and informed me of the needed repairs. The crew worked hard for two days to complete house roof garage roof and well roof. Would recommend this company for any roofing needs. The owner is a veteran and was one of the reasons I chose them as my husband was also a veteran . Cleanup was exceptional as you could not tell they were ever here.

Roof Medic team was great from start to finish. Michael came out and met with me and my insurance adjuster. After Roof Medic met with adjuster and gave their quote to repair the leaks, insurance met that quote immediately. I opted for a whole roof replacement and Blake and Jesus had their crew out early, finished up the job that day. It was a crazy windy day, but they still got the job done. Wind caused some other damage issues that the crew took of.
