I interacted with Forrest, Ryan, and Jamie while getting my fireplace and chimney fixed up after 30 years of not running. Every person was very professional and courteous. They listened to my questions and concerns, and took plenty of time to explain things to me, and help me make decisions about what work to do. I never felt pressured by them to get work started. The chimney cap looks excellent and I am extremely happy with the end result. Note: the crappy flashing around the chimney base is not their handiwork, and I am getting it replaced when I get my roof redone.

Owen’s Chimney Service did an inspection on our cabin fireplace. Kelly scheduled the appointment and was great with her communication throughout the engagement. She followed up to confirm the day before the inspection. The technician, Brandon called to say he could come earlier than scheduled, arrived at the agreed time and explained the inspection procedure. The cabin and fireplace was built in 1949 so I expected some maintenance would be needed. Brandon’s report was thorough and detailed. He explained our options and estimated costs. We have been doing business with Owen’s since 2015 and they are always on time and professional.

Owen’s chimney was very helpful in repairing my chimney leak at an affordable price. Daniel was very knowledgeable and walked me through my options. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly, cleaning up after themselves. I recommend them highly.
