Aire Serv of the Willamette

Tech, Jose, arrived on time and was very pleasant. After getting our review of what has been happening with our heat pump, Jose knew what had caused the issues we had been having and was able to reset our system back to working order. He then set the thermostat and waited be sure he had made the correct adjustments. Jose is a very kind and polite tech, making sure we understood what had happened and why. We were pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Jose offered us the available maintenance contract and helped to set that up. Should we need service again, we would welcome Jose back as a tech.

I woke up to no heat. Called 3 places which either didn't answer or couldn't help until later in the week. Aire Serv, came that day, early in the time line. He was Very nice, got my heater fixed very quickly! I would recommend them highly!
