Travis and his crew were fantastic! Professionals who did a top-notch installation job of a new furnace and a/c. They were all very courteous, super friendly, explained my new systems thoroughly for an easy user experience, and the job site was as clean when they left as it was when they arrived. My experience with ALL of Woodward’s staff has been excellent - from Sales, to Office, to Installation. I’m not surprised - they installed new equipment for my sister as well as a niece a few years ago, so I already knew they were a good company to work with. You just don’t find this level of professional service very often anymore. I’m a super happy customer!

Spence and Taylor were on time, professional and explained everything they were going to do and worked with us on what we wanted.
