Comfort Temp

I have been happy with the service I have had from Comfort Temp . Nathan Sigrist was the technician that was sent today and he did a great job and was also polite, knowledgeable and pleasant -he took time to explain what he was doing and overall it was a very positive experience- I will ask for him again next time I have a need for A/C service.

The workers came in and were not afraid to tackle difficult aspects of the job. We were developing mold in some of the units. Many workers shrink from dealing with this issue. But these guys dove right in with good skills in clearing it up. They also did good work cleaning inside each unit, even if this meant climbing in a high ladder.

Vinny is awesome! Answered all of my questions and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. Turnaround to fix the issue is only 2 days while waiting for a part to arrive. Vinny and Comfort Temp always provide 5 star service!
