I first encountered Forest Meadows last year when we laid my nephew to rest at their central location and the experience was great!! Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ms. Regina Tookes to plan another funeral and arrangements for a resident of mine that far exceeded my expectations. Ms. Tookes took my call and without hesitation assisted my with planning the arrangement for our loved one, she took the time with pricing, plot location and helped me through the process of pick-up and the actual entombment. She is high spirited and has the knowledge and enthusiasm for this industry. I will definitely work with her again.

Phenomenal and caring service through a very difficult time. Everything was handled perfectly. Funeral arrangements for our parents in the onsite chapel. The burial and creation and placement of the markers. They really went above and beyond on every detail to allow us to honor our parents in the right way. Special thanks to Kirby, Regina, and Deborah. Very compassionate people that really helped us through a hard time. I strongly recommend this funeral home.

Absolutely amazing customer service and care. First time dealing with any of this and they streamlined it and made it extremely easy and efficient. I was the first priority and it showed. Regina was an amazingly big help. When I showed up at the wrong location she came and met with me there to change the plans and pick out the plot for my brother. Their owner cares for the families and it shows 100%. Thank you Pete. You were a god send.

My Grandparents, Parents a Great Uncle and cousin were all buried through Milam. Can't say enough good things about the caring and compassion of this family business. Every little detail was perfect from consultation to burial. Thank you Ashley and the whole staff at Milam for being the best at what you do, it cannot be an easy job.

My heart was broken not only mlby the loss of my mother but also how I was treated by another funeral home here in town. I reached out to Lauren and she went above and beyond to make sure that my mother was taken care of so professionally. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure that my family and I were okay. Between Lauren and Elizabeth, our grieving process has been lightened, they both having been extremely caring.

Caring, mindful and making a difficult process easier. I had to send my mother's body to another state for burial. They arranged all the details, especially the flight for mom, and they have supported me after the fact. I highly recommend Milam. They are there before, during and after. Thank you so much.

My experience with Williams-Thomas was excellent. The professionalism, compassion and empathy while handling my mother’s funeral arrangements surpassed my expectations. My mother passed away while visiting family in Florida, and their attention to logistical details in making sure she was received back to California by the staff at Williams-Thomas was remarkable and handled with the utmost respect and timeliness. In a stressful time of need, they provided strength and support to our family. Really cannot speak more highly of the staff at Williams-Thomas.

Unfortunately I had the need to use Williams Thomas Funeral Home. Margaret Dickens treated us with compassion and kindness during this very difficult time. All of the staff were wonderful. When the insurance company overpaid Williams Thomas, Margaret promptly returned the overpayment to me. I highly recommend Williams Thomas to anyone needing to make funeral arrangements. They will be there for you from beginning to end and even longer if needed.
