We had a beautiful, very large pine tree in a tricky location that had to be taken out due to a rot spot that was growing and was into the base of the tree. Climber Steve's was stellar and made the process as easy as possible. Steve was great in providing a quote, covering all elements and really hearing our requests. He was honest, communicated openly and filled his staff in on the details we discussed. There were no surprise charges and zero complications. Every person involved in the project was kind, skillful and really respectful of the property. The tree crew took great care in their work and avoided damaging some special trees and shrubs in the immediate area that could have easily been damaged or destroyed without their kind attention and skill. They were extremely thorough in clean up and communication. Debris pick up was super fast and stump grinding that was necessary for this area was too- again these folks were super skilled and respectful of the property. It is never easy to lose a tree but if you have to do it, I highly recommend this local, honest, and awesome team! Thanks all.

Nolan and his team are fantastic. Nolan is such a clear communicator and the whole team obviously cares deeply about the quality of their work. They took down two sweetgums and a gigantic, rotting pine tree for us--and the pine was tricky. We'd previously gotten several quotes at well over double what True Cut charged us. This is a fair, honest, highly knowledgeable team. We can now see why everyone in our neighborhood uses True Cut; we won't even bother calling anyone else for tree removal services in the future. 10/10 recommend!
