I had a buzzing noise in my wall. I thought I was having an electrical problem in the attic. The first person I asked to help me know what was causing this buzzing, was Phil with Liberty Air. The noise could’ve been electrical or a shift in the roof, I just didn’t know what it was. Upon inspecting the buzzing sound in the corner of my room, Phil began to troubleshoot. He said there was a vacuum in the air when the doors were closed, and the window was shimmying, causing the buzzing. He noticed the top of the window needed silicone. Ceiling off the window would stop the noise. The air movement in the room was shaking the window because of lack of stability in the window. Now there is no buzzing and I have peace of mind that I do not have a great electrical problem. I am impressed by his knowledge! Thank you Liberty Air!

After experiencing AC issues I called Liberty Air from a neighbors referral and had someone out to my house within an hour from when I called. Myron Stephen's arrived and immediately addressed all my concerns. He was not only kind and patient but took his time and ensured all was working properly while also addressing my other non urgent concerns and needs. Very professional and ethical experience. I particularly loved how the salesman had been employed for many years. Not only did he share the code requirements, the most efficient route for our building size, he also offered a maintenance service plan that will be cost effective and provide longevity. We needed a company that we could trust. We plan to be a loyal customer of Mid-Florida.

Heather at dispatch and Archie our technician have been great to work with. There were some challenges with our system and it was a little frustrating that Trane made the tech get on the phone every time to get a part approved under warranty but in the end I feel like it was fixed properly. I appreciated that Heather made an effort to keep in contact and provide updates even though it sounded like she was overloaded. Archie was always forthright and did his best to make the best of the tough situation.

Called for maintenance and they came out the very next morning and Ken was our service technician and he was amazing! Very thorough, friendly and professional. He did a great job! Highly recommend.

OH ... MY ... GOODNESS! Hearing that new central unit kick on just now was like ... the most AMAZING sound!!!!! These guys are awesome!!! The BEST crew I could imagine! Jonathen Roberts and crew ... you are the BEST! Super professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and hard working! They originally said 5 to 6 hours, but we have cold air pumping in less than 2 1/2. I am one HAPPY HAPPY woman right now!!!!!

Second time I’ve had to have my system repaired (old, needs TLC) and for a second time Bounds exceeds my expectations. Called their dispatch around noon on a Sunday after failing to troubleshoot the issue myself and before 2pm Ramon had my system up and running again. Very knowledgeable, professional, and gave me a couple pointers to help better maintain my system. I honestly cannot recommend this group enough. Do not hesitate to call them!

We were very impressed with Bounds quick and professional response to our request for a quote. Erik was very thorough and knowledgeable and provided us with three options, which we truly appreciate. We will definitely use Bounds when the time comes to replace our heat pump.
