I recently had the pleasure of using Devon Self Storage, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I inquired about availability to the final day of access, everything was seamless and professional. The entire facility, including the unit, was spotless. It's evident that cleanliness is a top priority here. And, I felt completely at ease knowing my belongings were protected by 24/7 surveillance, secure fencing, and personalized access codes. The general manager, Chris and staff were consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Matt helped me set up a storage unit for my daughter in college and he was super helpful and sweet and made the process very simple. Chris also helped me and altogether him and Matt made this so easy. Would definitely recommend storing here just for the friendly faces in the front office.

We had such a great experience yesterday getting our storage unit. He made it super simple and got us in and out quickly while answering g all our questions showing us the unit. He was extrmemly patient, nice and efficient. I would def recommend him and the storage facility to everyone.

Sylvia who works at the 34th st location is absolutely amazing! She was getting ready to leave for the night and I never received the email with my unit information and needed to store my things that night and she didn't hesitate to open the door back up and help me get things figured out. She is truly amazing and this company is lucky to have somone like her.

I'm new to the storage world, so I have limited experience,, but I can say with confidence that the property manager was pleasant to work with. Sylvia had excellent customer service skills, making the entire process extremely easy. Besides being friendly and grounded, Sylvia was knowledgeable ,accommodating, and addressed all my questions - rare in Gainesville. Storage facility was clean and secured, and priced right.

Fast, friendly, and helpful. The manager, Sylvia, answered all my questions about the facility that I had. Never interrupted me, was not annoyed by my many questions, and remained friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I had an issue with my gate code and Sylvia came right out to help me as soon as she noticed. If you reserve online, do Sylvia a favor and buy a lock at the store and not over the phone. It’ll help her out and the facility. Thank you Sylvia for being awesome!.

Gentleman in front office was great. He was very patient with me because I couldn’t decide on the size unit I needed. After looking at a few different sizes I finally picked the perfect size. He was exactly correct and the size was perfect! While walking around, the place was very clean and kept up. This place is a 100% better than a lot of the other storage places in Gainesville. Top notch customer service!.

I needed space for all my tools, the first place that popped up was istorage. When I got there, the first person I met was Victoria. Her hospitality is 100%. she made me feel comfortable and assured me there would be no problems with my possessions. Also, completely business oriented & got me in the unit with a great price.istorage Is a great facility! And Victoria is awesome!!!.

Great facility! Manager is really friendly and helpful, she even called to introduce herself and see if I had any questions when I reserved a unit online. Facility was clean and easy to access.
