My experience with Grener Electric, LLC was the absolute best I've ever had with a company involving house maintenance. They showed up on time, they were polite, they were quiet, their teamwork was absolutely seamless and respectful, and they cleaned up after themselves spotlessly. I had a lot of questions, just trying to understand the process and get a handle on what to look for in the future and, to a person, they would patiently explain what they were doing and why. I would personally like to mention Conor, Grady, Jake and Nick. A kinder and diligent group of people you can't find. GE is lucky to have such professional representation out in the field. I also want to thank Brianna for her pleasant handling of my phone calls.

I really appreciate the text updates with a picture of the technician before arrival—it adds an extra layer of confidence and convenience. Ryan even tried to move up our appointment, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, I had prior commitments. Thankfully, the issue was resolved quickly and seamlessly (always grateful for easy fixes!). We used VEI several years ago when we remodeled our home and needed overhead fans in literally every room. They did a fantastic job! Fast forward to last week when they wired and setup our jacuzzi in our Florida room. Again, excellence all over again! Then, this week we discovered a bad outlet behind the couch in the same room. 24 hours later, they're here and fixed it in under an hour. Amazing, guys! I have had Vintage Electric come out to my house before to fix some things in my 1964 era home. They did wonderful for me then. Today I needed them in an urgent situation and they were at my house in half an hour. I told them I didn't even care how much they were going to charge me but I really needed help.
