Talk about a perfect experience. The Hobaica team is the gold standard every single step of the way. Literally. I called and spoke to a really personable and friendly guy named Jesse. He treated me like he actually cared. The repair tech named Alex showed up to our home the same day within 3 hours because we had no heat and they considered it an emergency due to cold temps. I even got a text message introducing me to the tech and a phone call telling me they were on their way. Alex put on booties and he was really generous and sincere, but get this…he comes down from the roof and LITERALLY SHOWS ME A VIDEO OF WHAT HE FOUND WRONG. I worry a lot about being scammed by people I don’t know, but there is zero concern because the video is explaining and showing me everything. Unfortunately our compressor is toast and we need a new unit, be seriously, we couldn’t feel any better about who we are spending the money with. This company and these people 100% deserve it. Don’t hesitate to use this business.

Being in the service industry myself, I always look to see if I can learn how to treat people better. The Hobaica people from the scheduler to the techs were competent, friendly and attentive both to their work and their interactions with me and my wife. The pricing I thought was very fair, and it's lovely to have a comfortable night's sleep again! Very impressed and grateful. And a funny story: A few days later I was at a customer's house 40 miles away, servicing a tandem, and who rolls up to work on his A/C? The same techs! Serendipity

Hobaica services came back a week and a half later to do a quality inspection service on our AC installation. Alex came in very friendly, very kind and very helpful and did a quality inspection on our new AC. He Let us know that everything was done properly and thoroughly, and that our system is ready to go.
