Awesome Customer service ! I own a rental unit and the building board of directors had PurAir do a all building inspection. The AC was rusted and need all types of repairs. The estimate was sent over by Kenny (I think GM) was a lot more than I wanted to pay but...I had to bite the bullet and have it done. Fast forward to Today. The repairs were done and I received a Voice message from Kenny..."We pulled the top coil and the rust didn't look as bad as we thought, so we didnt need to change that out...so we are sending a refund for that portion of the job we didnt have to do" I called Kenny back right away and Thanked him for running an honest business. Not sure how long he's been with them but PurAir Hawaii is Lucky to have a good person on their staff...also I wanted to point out..it's 6:15pm on a Friday..he picked up the phone..that's another added star..if I could give one more star for extra credit I would. Super Big Mahalo Kenny and PurAir guys that did the work.

Great customer service. They are prompted, efficient and professional. They get the job done on time, protect your furniture and clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service from Annie and the entire team at Pur Air Hawaii. They coordinated maintenance at my home, even when I was off island for 6 months due to military training. Thank you!
