“St. Augustine Church is one of the famous Churches in Honolulu, established in 1827. The Church was blessed on 1901, on the feast day of St. Augustine, to whom the new Church was dedicated. They deliver a regularity of religious education for children and youth to high school age. St. Augustine also has a scripture-sharing community that meets for prayer, reflection, and sharing on the third Monday of each month. St. Augustine Church's curriculum of faith formation aims to promote the development of faith and spirituality over centuries, and the Church offers a venue for shows, exhibits, and educational opportunities. St. Augustine Church contains a controlled temperature environment for the preservation of displays and the convenience of guests, two floors of insightful historical interest, and both static and interactive exhibits.
