ZS OVERHEAD DOORS REVIEWS

ZS Overhead Doors provided same day service on a Saturday afternoon (and didn't charge a premium for coming on very short notice and on the weekend) while other garage door repair companies either refused to even return my call or said I'd have to wait until Monday. Zach (owner) and his wife were awesome. They replaced the snapped cable on my garage door (actually did both sides), and also repaired other parts of the door that were questionable (e.g. sensor wiring, loose metal stabilizing bar). I'd highly recommend him for any garage door related needs.

I had a fantastic experience with OZ Overhead Door! I reached out, and he responded promptly, quickly identifying and fixing the issue—all on the same day. He was efficient, professional, and reliable throughout the process. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

Another job well done by ZS Overhead Doors. Text him with the issue with my broken belt. Gave me quote and came out same day. Replaced belt and did maintenance on both doors in less than half an hour. Great customer service. I will always call them for any future problems Thanks again.

My garage door lift cable snapped, trapping my car in the garage. I called John Takase Doors & Service that morning and he had his workers at my home within several hours. They fixed the door to make it operational again within an hour, cleaned up after and were very courteous and professional. I scheduled for a new door replacement two days following the repair. His workers, Johnny and Whitney, were right on time, were very professional, courteous, fast, and cleaned up everything before leaving. John's price was very reasonable and I was amazed with the prompt professional service. I am very pleased with my new garage door and highly recommend this company.

Our garage door needed to be replaced, made a few phone calls to the big guys and was blown away by how expensive it was for a garage door. Called Takase, he was quick to offer a very competitive price and maintained good communication through the process. They also had our door in stock (standard white 2 car) and was able come install in the next few days.

Takase Garage Doors helped me out in a pinch. I called on a Saturday morning for a torsion spring replacement. I run a business from home so I really needed the door fixed ASAP. They were able to squeeze me in and get it fixed by 11:30am. And at a very reasonable cost. Can’t thank them enough. Great service and a Solid local company. Mahalo.

Fantastic service!! answered phone on first ring, had a repairman here within an hour. And fixed our door, which had been waiting for the original repair service for 2 1/2 months, on the spot. Can't say enough good things!! Friendly, efficient, informative.

Oshiro RK Door Service is the best! My gate was giving me problems past 2 weeks so I'd called more than a few (6+) gate service companies and, to my disbelief, I could not even get a courtesy return call from any of them. Very frustrating... My neighbor recommended Oshiro and they called me back very promptly and came out and fixed the problem on the first visit. They are the best. I will not call any other gate company from hereon.

Our garage door got stuck, and we couldn't even open it manually. Oshiro Door Service sent a technician the same day. He explained the problem, fixed it, did maintenance on the door, and even replaced parts that might be causing problems later. All that for a reasonable price, and smiles.
