My family needed a professional plumber ASAP to assess and resolve issues occurring at my grandfather's home. We were recommended to Chase by a family friend. We called Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service who sent Chase and his apprentice Shawn (also great) out quickly. Chase was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the job got done very quickly! My family is stoked about the work, and we'll definitely use Steve's Plumbing again in the future. Huge Mahalos Chase and Shawn, everything is working like new!
Woke up to a leaking pipe and a broken shutoff valve. Everyone was very friendly and their technician was at my house about 90 minutes later. They gave me a quote on the spot and took care of everything right away. Their technician Josh had to deal with some difficult conditions and always had a positive attitude. Their price was reasonable and I would definitely call them again.
I called Steve's plumbing when I sheared off my main water valve in the off position, leaving us without water. Mike came out within an hour and replaced the main water valve, moving it above ground and making it much easier to access and turn on and off. He also installed a new kitchen faucet and water shutoff valves. The service was great - Mike is a star. My only minor gripe is that the price was a bit on the high side IMO, but I'm very happy with the work and very appreciative that they responded quickly on an Easter Sunday.

I recently called 535 Plumbing for three separate plumbing problems at my house. Each time I called 535 Plumbing, Shane answered the phone immediately or returned my calls as soon as he could. He handled each request promptly and sent plumbers to the house as soon as he could schedule them to come. Whether it was a small job replacing a leaky faucet or a big job cutting open walls and ceilings to find leaks and replace pipes - big or small - every job was treated as a priority. I called these guys on a Saturday morning and they were at my place by 10 am. Polite and professional, they were using masks and were good communicators, showed me exactly what needed to be done, got me a quote, and fixed the problem on the spot. Everything was fixed by lunchtime and I was completely assured that it was done right. I'll call them again.
Amazing company amazing service, however, they did not say that it was a two-hour window of the appointment and they would call me before coming. Why they did tell me that day that morning, that day of the appointment. Lucky for me it was the first one on they did a great job very very professional.
