MRC Roofing to the rescue. My flat roof sustained wind damage from the heavy winds recently. I spoke with a few roofers that didn’t know their way around an insurance claim or know how to communicate or advocate for me, the homeowner in regards to the insurance adjusters who tried to minimize my claim as a repairable option for my roof that was not repairable, per the manufacturer’s technical factory representative that had to write a letter to my claim office that my type of roof was not repairable on CertainTeed company letter head. Luckily MRC has journeyman roofers on their crew that know how to handle lumber repair, which my roof needed a lot of (unforeseeable). My insurance company drug their feet as long as they could. They even went out and got a fourth roofer’s opinion in order to reject my claim. MRC then coated my new roof with a thick layer of commercial grade silicone and has a high reflectivity rating. I shouldn’t ever have worry about my main roof again. I highly recommend MRC Roofing.

Hello, I just wanted to write a quick note to inform everyone about MRC Roofing. MRC has reroofed my house and my mother’s house over the last two years with new asphalt shingles. They worked with my insurance companies to provide the replacements due to wind damage and damage caused by termite tenting. They even provided new guttering and some painting where it was needed. I can’t recommend MRC high enough. My houses look great and there’s no more leaking. MRC even put me in contact with a great interior painter to remedy the water staining. ProBuilt Hawaii Roofing & Raingutter’s did an excellent job on our roof. Their crew were on time to start the process and finished as expected on schedule. Our neighbors commented that the worker’s were not overly noisy but actually were “in and out” almost unnoticeably. What was noticeable is their work. High quality and Very clean workmanship. Courteous , professional and yet friendly crew while performing their duties. The “mess left behind” was also noticed to be very minimal and of light debris. This is exceptional as my neighbors shared their experience of still finding staples, nails and related debris after several years. Pro Built added a gutter system to our home, which didn’t have any gutters before, and we had a great experience.
