BALLARD FAMILY MOANALUA MORTUARY REVIEWS
During our time of grieving, Terry comforted us by taking care of all our needs. It was so difficult to go through the paperwork but Terry did everything and explained everything so we could understand the process. She made it so simple for me and was so kind. I would suggest going to Ballard to lay your family to rest. The people took care of the "living" family members with compassion. I knew and trusted that I was leaving my loved one in good hands. Thank you, Terry and the entire Ballard Ohana. You guys are awesome and your prices can't compete with the others. It's so reasonable. Mahalo!
One of the funeral directors Terri did an amazing job helping us plan the celebration of my cousin's life. She was so compassionate and professional yet still made us feel like we were family. She answered any question we had and answered it very quickly. We couldn't be happier with their service. We 100% recommend using Ballard.
Ballard is a wonderful place to settle your family's burial or cremation options. My agent Hilama was kind patient and helpful in so many ways. He made it easy for me and comfortable. I was not rushed and was guided very carefully in my decision. I highly recommend this company.

BORTHWICK MORTUARY REVIEWS
The staff at Borthwick were top-notch to work with when my husband passed away. BJ was awesome she stayed in contact with me throughout the whole time from start to finish. Ricky in the care center did an amazing job in taking care of my husband and working with me and my many requests. Mercy was great as well as everyone that helped make this process a little easier, especially with all the restrictions due to the pandemic. Thank you, team Borthwick for making me feel like family and taking good care of my king.
It was my first time arranging a funeral and the whole Staff at Borthwick was so awesome! So patient, supportive, caring, compassionate, loving, etc. They were there for us every step of the way guiding us, explaining making sure we understood everything, reminding us what the next step is, and double-checking everything. Although I was on Big Island and they were on Oahu they went out of their way to make it happen. We talked, texted, faxed, and emailed. They worked after hours to accommodate me. I even texted after midnight not realizing the time and I got a response right away. Special Thanks to Merci & KJ we love you guys! I’m forever grateful for you too! You will always be Family to us!
Rik, as well as the staff at Hawaii Memorial Park, provided expert and professional service at the graveside. The arrangements were as described and the assistance that the staff provided as pallbearers were very much appreciated. Please thank all the staff for their good work on that day.

OʻAHU MORTUARY REVIEWS
My first experience with Oahu Mortuary was over the phone. When I called to inquire about their service due to the passing of my father, the staff were very kind and considerate. Everyone I spoke with offered their condolences and was very sincere. We meet with Deenie the Funeral Director who was very sincere and caring to me and my family. She made the experience more bearable, especially since losing my father was already a hard experience. Deenie and the other office staff were great to deal with. Thank you all for making it a little bit easier for me and my family as we dealt with the loss of our beloved husband, father, father-in-law, and grandfather.
O'ahu Mortuary did a fabulous job of helping with my father's funeral. Angel was just wonderful, she truly was an angel in our time of need. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our service.
We're so grateful that Miki Ho recommended Oahu Mortuary; my husband and I didn't know what to do. Thanks to you for listening to us, guiding us, going over the process, being available, patient and understanding.
