Excellent company who attended my property to deal with a leaking water heater on a Friday after hours at 7pm. They were there within 40 minutes. The gentleman, Joshua, who attended was a very respectful, fantastic plumber who promptly attended to the leak. As he provided us with utmost confidence we took the opportunity to buy 2 x new water heaters and 2 x water treatment systems for the house. (All needed doing in reality). He came back on a Sunday to install one of the new water heaters and a few days later to install the rest. The job was nothing short of amazing, tidy, knowledgeable and the end product was SUPERB. We spent over $10,000 thank you to Joshua, the no pressure sales attitude and the fair pricing gets you everywhere and I am certain more companies should take this approach. Joshua is a credit to the company and a valuable asset to Wolfgang. Absolute 100% recommend this company, I shall be replacing all 5 of my AC units in the coming years with Wolfgang.

Emilio Ostendi was very good today. Extremely cordial, explained things well, efficient. Best technician we've had. Very enthusiastic and appeared to genuinely enjoy his work/job. Have used Cool Touch/Wolfgang's over past 5-6 years. Have no desire to use anyone else. Would highly recommend this company for any AC/heat pump, cooling needs.

I appreciate the fact that Wolfgang's is always taking responsibility in helping me with any problem I might have with my new AC unit they recently installed. Both Cody's who work as managers on the AC side are always courteous & concerned for their customers. It's rare to find that kind of service with AC companies today.
