I called Same Day yesterday in the late afternoon. Their office made my problem feel like a priority. They were able to get me on the schedule for same day service. Tre experienced some truck problems and that didn’t stop them from keeping their promise of coming out to fix my door and still make it within the appointment window. Tre arrived at the house and diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me my options and started working on the door. I’m glad I found a company that I can trust and go to for future tune ups and repairs when needed. Thank you Tre & Same Day for providing top notch service.

I recently had my garage door repaired by James, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Chris and Larry were exceptional. Chris was professional, responsive and highly knowledgeable in the sale and set up of our door. Larry was great, on time (in fact, an hour early-which was appreciated!) and even came back and spent over an hour with us as we tried to program our door with our cars (our vehicles had outdated connection info). Cannot recommend this company enough and if you need a new garage door, make sure you call this company first.

A very positive experience! Between the service scheduler Mia and the repair technician Frank, the overall cost and quality of the service that I received was far above average. You can rely on Overhead Door to treat you fairly and honestly, which is often a rare commodity in the Phoenix market.

Excellent service. Wayne Dalton did the original installation for the garage door in 2017 before I bought my house. The spring broke about a month ago, and I called the closest garage door company (per Mapquest). Supposedly there was a warrenty, but after a few hours of having my car trapped, I called Wayne Dalton. They quoted me the price for travel, labor and an estimate for parts and had someone out to my house within a half hour. My car was liberated before I even got a call back from the local guy. It turned out the local guy had used the wrong parts, not checked the level, and put some clamps on backwards. There is definitely something to be said for professionalism, expertise, good communication, and high standards for customer service.

I highly recommend WAYNE DALTON garage door servicing. Louis came on time and was kind, professional and knowledgeable. So glad to deal with somebody that seemed to really care about my broken door. Looking forward to working with you. Still waiting for a phone call…
