My realtor, Cory McDonald with Platinum Living - Studebaker Group in Scottsdale recommended that I have a separate roof inspection done as part of my home inspection process. I am glad I did, they found several critical things in addition to the basic home inspection and provided us a quote for the repairs. We were able to have this handled as part of the transaction and I am very confident that I do not have to be concerned about my roof for a long time. I will have 5 Guys Roofing out in about 5 years to perform another inspection. Their report included photos and a detailed scope of work. Tanner at Five Guys came to look at our roof and gave us a detailed quote within the timeframe he promised. He was professional and kind. He brought over samples of the shingles that we were interested in so that we could see what they would look like next to our house paint color, etc. When we picked out our favorite and there were issues getting that shingle, Tanner and Armando worked together to help us find a different shingle that looked the most like the one we wanted. The team showed up when promised, and the work was finished in the projected amount of time. We are very happy with the results. And the price was right. Thank you, Five Guys.

I’ve used Five guys for years. When listing my house for sale I had a leak in my roof and I called and spoke with one of the owners at five guys to schedule a fix. They sent out a technician to inspect the leak and give me a quote. The response time was super quick I had an estimate within a day or two of calling them and then the price was very reasonable. They did all the repairs within a day or two after that and the house sold shortly after. Will definitely use them for life.

Prompt, professional, and excellent customer service from the day I called for a quote to job completion. In any business of repair, not every job can be perfect. My roof was replaced as part of a home sale. The roof looked excellent, but there was a small problem around a chimney baffle which allowed some water to come down my chimney. I called the office, received an email from the office manager within minutes, and had contractors at my house within half hour. I am more than impressed with this response. They offered to send another contractor to fix some small drywall damage at the 2nd floor chimney opening. I wasn't too worried about it so I asked if they would consider a materials allowance and I would fix myself. They sent me more than I asked for. Who are these people running such an honest business?? Roofing can be an sketchy business if you get the wrong company. Shamrock replaced our roof underlayment with a double underlayment. They installed new flashing and vents. They also painted the riser and vents. The crew was professional and efficient. Very happy with the job.
