Excellent experience! Asa negotiated with the insurance company, so that I only paid my deductible with insurance covering the rest of a new roof. I didn’t have any idea that was possible! Asa was great at keeping me informed and being patient during the entire process. The crew did a great job protecting the site with tarps over the pool and other areas. After the job was done, they cleaned the site allowing me to walk the property while they addressed any issues I had. A very professional company with which to work.

Aspire just replaced my asphalt roof. Alex met the insurance adjuster at my house and took care of everything. He was an incredible help through the entire process. They replaced the whole roof in one day including new wood. The crew showed up on time and put tarps down all around the property. They even removed my old swamp cooler. They also did a great job cleaning up. I couldn’t be more happier with the whole process, and the new roof looks fantastic.

Prompt, professional, and excellent customer service from the day I called for a quote to job completion. In any business of repair, not every job can be perfect. My roof was replaced as part of a home sale. The roof looked excellent, but there was a small problem around a chimney baffle which allowed some water to come down my chimney. I called the office, received an email from the office manager within minutes, and had contractors at my house within half hour. I am more than impressed with this response. They offered to send another contractor to fix some small drywall damage at the 2nd floor chimney opening. I wasn't too worried about it so I asked if they would consider a materials allowance and I would fix myself. They sent me more than I asked for. Who are these people running such an honest business Roofing can be an sketchy business if you get the wrong company.
