Tom Mangum was excellent today and gave me what I had expected of a Truly Nolan representative. He was training two others and they all went under my crawl space. The last inspector Jake did not and I had asked on the phone to make sure this was done. Please don’t send Jake again. Tom was very nice. I wanted to recommend truly Nolan to my daughter who just signed papers today. Years ago they gave me $25 with each new customer. Are you doing this today.

Bo was our inspector today and helped us discover some recent trouble spots where we could help with the protection of our own home like spots where water can linger around the yard. He was super polite and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection while being totally professional and courteous. Thanks Bo!

My wife and I started using Bug Guardian about a year and a half ago when we bought our house. Matthew always shows up on time and is quick and efficient. Service takes under a half-hour, and he lets us know if there are any issues right up front - we have two dogs so he let us know the first time how long to keep them inside to keep them safe from the spray. Matthew is very friendly and personable and makes the whole experience very easy. As for the bug spray itself - there are no horrible, lingering smells and when we moved into our house, we had scorpions everywhere. Once we started using Bug Guardian, we have not seen any in the house and very few, if any, outside. We love their service and will continue to use them.

Excellent service and Bert is the best! He always texts the day before he shows up for service and arrives within the time frame he says he will. He is consistently professional, friendly, and actually seems to care about customer satisfaction and a job well-done. I had been with another company for a few years with only mediocre results. Since switching to Bug Guardian this year, the bugs and scorpions no longer rule! I attribute that to Bert's expertise and thoroughness.
