After having to deal with another problem with our cameras and posting a review on their performance, I received a call from Angelica the following day. She was able to get us prompt help from a very nice, patient and knowledgeable technician who got our system set up properly. Kevin, our technician, made sure everything was in good working order before he left, and we really appreciate his professionalism. We truly hope to not have to deal with any more issues with these cameras at all. We appreciate all the Tech Support Representatives who have offered assistance throughout our difficulties with the system, among them Jane, Eric, and Mark.

I want to send a shout out to our installer Anthony from 3A Home Security who was punctually on time and a delightfully friendly person. He put some effort in his detail when installing our home security system. He asked if each installation piece was up to my view of perfection which, hands down couldn’t be done better and cleaner than the straight lines and corners he put. He was thorough with everything, even explaining how the system works with detail. His work detail shows like a seasoned veteran installer. Check out some of his work!! We called University Lock & Security about rekeying our commercial office as well as fixing the existing lock. The locksmith called us back within an hour and had someone over to our office within 30 minutes. Wade Martin was our technician and he was nice, knowledgable, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and I felt safe the entire time I was at the office alone with him. He was even able to give us multiple keys to our new lock saving us the time of having to get duplicates made. Overall, 5 stars for Wade and University Lock & Security. We will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing! Had two very difficult keys to duplicate for an old Hot Rod. They found the correct blanks and made spare keys for me...Whew!!! Also took a front door lock that was missing a key. They quickly made a key for it and I was on my way! Very honest, quick, and trustworthy!

The service was amazing! After contacting over 15 different Locksmith companies, Elaine was the most helpful. She took the time to understand the issue, I sent her over pictures and she was able to order the correct part and get someone out to the property asap. Which is priceless when you are in a timed inspection period. I highly recommend this company for the best price and service! Thanks so much!

SST did the low voltage pre-wiring on our new build so we used them to install surround sound and patio speakers. My sales rep Daniel was very helpful and was very responsive to get me set up quickly. He also stepped in to help solve a scheduling conflict for us and was able to get everything sorted out. Our tech, Dan, was great and got everything installed in a timely manner. He also went above and beyond to show us all the different features of the new receiver. Would definetly use again for any future projects.

Five stars for both techs that have been out. Tony and Ryan are both hard working and courteous. Unfortunately, our receiver order was late for the initial install appointment and DOA on the second. We're still waiting, but everyone we have worked with is pleasant. We purchased a model home where SST had already installed sound and security, so that lead us to hire them to get everything up and running again. Still in process, but happy with what we have to date. Tony even loaned us his receiver while we waited for our order.

Recently, we hired SST to install an 85 inch TV in our garage and they did a fantastic job! Mario, Miguel and Carlos We’re very professional and listened to all of our requests. We highly recommend them.
