I needed an affordable cleaning service to do a general deep clean of my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment to prepare for some visitors. It was fairly short notice (within a week) and I was concerned pricing would be astronomical, with limited availability. From the get go, the professionalism and responsiveness of the scheduling process with Brian was quick and easy. They had availability that met my needs and were willing to be flexible, if necessary! Brian communicated via text with the time window to expect the cleaner and was upfront about the pricing options. The day of cleaning, Brooklyn was assigned and showed up EARLY! I received a text from Brian when she was en route and when she arrived. I let her in and she immediately got to work and was very friendly. When the service was going to take a little longer than the original time expected, communication was provided from both Brian & Brooklyn to confirm that was okay. Brooklyn cleaned every area necessary and left our apartment looking incredible. I would 10/10 recommend the service, and will be doing so for any professional cleaning needs we have in the future. Thanks to the team at Carole's for getting my place ready to host my parents for Super Bowl weekend!

I highly recommend using Carole’s house cleaning. I used them for my new home move in clean and for a move out clean and carpet cleaning on my other house to prepare it for renters. I had a tight schedule with the closing of my home and getting renters in my other home and the team helped make everything so seamless. Their employees were professional and on time. They were extremely thorough and worked efficiently. We’ve had Damani clean our house (pretty consistently) since we started with Going GreenHouse, and he’s always been very thorough with his cleaning and a pleasure to be around. I am always happy to see when he’s here because I know our place will be thoroughly cleaned. He’s very courteous to me and very sweet to my two dogs and cat as well (which is a nice bonus).

Going Greenhouse does a great job of cleaning our house. They are thorough, detail oriented and very customer service oriented. Recently they added a new service to steam clean the floors. Love the results! I highly recommend using Going Greenhouse.
