My sister told me I needed to see a hypnotherapist to quit smoking but it was so expensive I always put it off but tried everything else and nothing worked so decided to do it as I didn't see any other choice left for me. I went to Mark and he makes you feel so calm and comfortable and when I walked out of his office I never smoked a cigarette again and have no cravings. I have had to give his information to multiple co workers and my husband has now decided he is going to see him also. I highly recommend Mark as he truly cares about what he does and about your success.

Mark is a warm and caring presence. I had 4 sessions with him, and it helped me unpack more around my issues than 20 years of therapy. Mark was gentle about guiding me when a subject was tough, but also encouraging so I felt safe to keep processing and move forward. I felt he listened and truly heard what I needed to be able to move ahead in my mental health journey.

I was a two pack a day smoker for 32 years. I had tried everything from gum to patchs, even prescriptions. Nothing worked for more than two days for me. With Mark's program I have been smoke free for almost 4 months now. I was highly skeptical about it all, but it has totally worked for me. Thank you Mark.

What a great professional! Unfortunately, the first time did not work…Ms Jo Moon got back w me immediately…happened over the Holidays…I had my second appointment…only to find myself not to be in right mind frame for hypnosis…Ms.Moon continued w appointment taking the time to help me through w life’s rough times w exercises and copies of powerful home techniques I can use! That will last a lifetime. Ms Moon requested I keep in touch…should I need another appointment she will happily see me! What a beautiful person Ms Jo is.

Jo changed my life! I have suffered from motion sickness my entire life. After just three sessions with Jo, I can happily say I have not gotten motion sickness since! For the first time, I was able to be a passenger on an extremely curvy ride without sickness and fly comfortably for hours. Jo is easy to talk to and made me feel extremely comfortable. I can’t thank Jo enough and highly recommend her.

I don't see why ANYONE would complain about Jo. She has done nothing less than proven to be an outstanding and professional hypnotherapist. She has been helping my grandson. He's been working the program that Jo has designed for him, and is coming along fabulously with her help and guidance. I can't say enough good about her.
