I cant thank Emily enough! It was my first time having a massage and she made me feel so comfortable and worry free! She did an amazing job. She got rid of all my stress and back issues! The 60min all over massage is definitely worth it and I can't recommend Emily enough!! She's very nice and understanding. She will always be my go to massage therapist.

This was my first massage ever, Mellissa was very professional and pleasant the entire time. She was very attentive and asked how I was feeling , offered me water and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be going back .

I had my first massage here yesterday and was very impressed with Charlotte. Just enough pressure to help but not so much that it was painful. I'll definitely be booking with her again.

UPLIFT MASSAGE & SPA REVIEWS

I booked a couples massage for my husband’s birthday and this was also our first massage experience. They made us feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. They went over any questions/concerns, checked in with us throughout the massage and then explained after care when it was done (to drink lots of water, may be sore etc). We were so relaxed when we left. We definitely plan on going back! 10/10.

The visit was a Mother’s Day gift to me from my daughter. It was the best Mother’s Day gift ever everything about the visit and the place was phenomenal. The atmosphere was great. The customer service was great. The tech was great. Everything about it was great. I would definitely book again. Danny was my tech. He did an awesome job.

Had a couples massage today, I did not catch the name of my husbands therapist but mine was named Jestin. He was fabulous. My shoulder already feels 10x better than it was. I would book with them again. Clean facility, the receptionist was nice and booking was easy.

I had a couples massage here with my partner, and it was so wonderful! Stephanie B. was my massage therapist for an hour session, and she did a fantastic job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She asked me what I was comfortable with and then did a really great job focusing on my problem areas. My body was super relaxed afterwards and feels like it got a nice reset. After this experience, I would highly recommend Precision Wellness and Stephanie in particular.

I visited Precision Wellness for the first time and I am impressed! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy. Aleasa was my massage therapist and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional and really made an effort to explain the muscle groups and what my body was experiencing to me. She really worked hard to make sure my problem areas were properly worked out. Could not recommend Aleasa and Precision Wellness enough!! 10/10 stars if I could put it.

Grant is absolutely amazing. I have been getting monthly massages for a number of years and Grant is my go to. I explain exactly what I’m struggling with and he seems to always know exactly what to do to make me feel better. I have a recommend him to anyone and everyone.
