MERCY-GOHEALTH URGENT CARE REVIEWS

It was Sunday morning and needed to see the doctor unexpectedly. Fast, easy check in, reception was great. Very short wait time for the doctor who helped me tremendously. Doctor sent scripts to local pharmacy for the meds I needed and I was able to pick them up shortly after leaving. Always great service, outcome when I visit this location. Feeling much better now! Thanks to Mercy Urgent Care. I would definitely recommend, 10 out 10.

I appreciated being able to go online and “save my space” for an appointment, (which was 7:12 on Thurs. May 22nd). Everyone I encountered was very kind, helpful, and professional. The PA took his time, and after an x-ray, gave me his diagnosis, a prescription, and instructions for caring for my injury.Thank you to everyone.

The office was clean and comfortable. The clerk was helpful and friendly. The nurse was friendly. The dr went the extra mile and arranged for me to get a sample tested at the Quest lab! All good! Thanks.

I took my daughter with acute stomach pains, we received the best care from both nurses and the doctor. I’m 56 years old and have never received that level of care in any hospital or doctors setting. I just want to thank the staff at the adult urgent care facility in Springfield mo . Thank you again, you truly are the best

The wait was a bit long, but that was to he expected with a walk in clinic. The dr. And all nurses were so kind to us. They explained each and everything they were going to do to him and when he got nervous about the stitches the doctor was absolutely wonderful with helping calm his nerves.

I had to go here twice in one week. The wait time was very fast, which was so nice with a sick kiddo. The nurses and doctors were over the top friendly with my kiddo. The facility was clean, and very easy to access.

My son had his first vision appointment today and it was the best experience. Dr. Duncan was very knowledgeable, polite and very very good with my son. The bad dad jokes were awesome! We will definitely be coming back. Might even switch for primary care as well. Thanks to the whole office at the Vsion Center for making us comfortable.

Rating for emergency dental, if you are experiencing an emergency they can get you in quick. I had major pain that medicine was not helping with. I live over an hour away and I was still able to be seen. Treatment received and feeling much better.

I was seen by Oral Surgery, and they were so kind. I have to go back, and I am not near nervous as I was because they helped by explaining everything so well to me. Dr Safdari & staff were wonderful.
