Serena is absolutely amazing. She helped me quit smoking 6 months ago and it worked really well for me. I have no memories of smoking in the past, can't even picture it in my head, or how to even hold a cigarette. I have no cravings anymore either. I would recommend her to anyone.

Hi! Okay so I was a smoker for 15 years. I tried to quit on my own but didn't find any luck. So I researched information about Hypnotherapy and how it can assist with quitting cigarettes and self-confidence. I came across Be Limitless Hypnosis and spoke with Serena. I told her I wanted to do 2 sessions on for Cigarettes and one for Confidence (I use to struggled with confidence). After the phone consultation she told me that based off what I told her it seemed that I was experiencing Trama from the past. I decided to book two appointments with Serena, and I am so glad I did! Her hypnotherapy space was very nice and relax. Serena explains everything I would experience during the sessions. She made it very comfortable for me and answered all the questions I had. I stopped smoking cigarettes the next day and quit any form of Tabacco exactly 3 weeks later. Now it's been about 6 months and I still don't have any desire to smoke.
