I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 39 years and I have often thought about doing hypnosis. About a year ago, I just happened to be channel surfing , and saw Mindy on one of the news channels, and decided that , yes, I want to do that! BUT , life gets in the way and it took a year to finally make the appointment. One of the Best Things I’ve ever done! So, I went in because I really have a sweet tooth and it was getting ridiculous. Constantly self sabotaging myself. Our first session, sugar is what we focused on. And our only session we had to focus on sugar because I have been sweets free for over 1 1/2 months!!! Crazy! No desire for it. When I see sweets, I think, that’s nice but then I can walk away with no thought to it. It’s wonderful! No self sabotage. I’m so proud of myself and it’s weird because I don’t even want to disappoint myself! I even went on a 7 day Mexican cruise and absolutely had no desire. My friends couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend Mindy! It’s great!
